Join the Women’s Guild
The Women's Guild serves as a social ministry for women promoting fellowship and service within our community. The Women's Guild of Catholic Charities was formed to include a group of visionary women who pledge support for the work of Catholic Charities.   The goal is for this Guild to provide dedication and to further the agency’s mission in serving the physical and social needs of those we serve. The commitment shared by the Guild goes beyond caring. They spearhead annual fundraising campaigns and help promote volunteerism.  As a fund-raising arm of the Catholic Charities Jacksonville Regional Office, this group works to broaden the base of financial support for the agency in the greater Jacksonville area.  The Guild acts as good-will ambassadors and advocates for Catholic Charities. Its role is to increase community awareness about Catholic Charities programs to prevent homelessness and hunger and increase self-sufficiency in our community.

The purpose of the Guild is...

• To preserve and promote the history, identity and mission of CC Jax.
• To promote and encourage people within our community to get involved with our agency and share their talents.
• To engage in charity work on behalf of the agency.
• To educate our community about the work of Catholic Charities.
• To build relationships and advocate on behalf of the agency’s efforts.
• To engage in practical fundraising wherever and whenever possible.
• To serve the surrounding community through charitable giving of time, money and resources.
