REUNITING FAMILIES AND PROVIDING AFFORDABLE IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES
Catholic Charities Jacksonville’s immigration program – which is recognized by the Department of Justice (DOJ) – provides affordable, fee-based services to individuals by or under the supervision of a DOJ accredited representative to renew their Green Cards or employment authorization cards, file family petitions and help immigrants find a path to citizenship.
Who do we serve?

Lawful Permanent residents (LPR) - those who are eligible to apply for Naturalization

Family Petitioners - permanent residents and U.S. Citizens who can legally file a petition for a family member

U.S. Citizens - who trough a specific life event still require the proper documentation to prove their status
