Catholic Charities Jacksonville is a provider of financial assistance in partnership with the City of Jacksonville through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Our team assists eligible clients with emergency assistance (rent, mortgage, utilities).
Required documentation:

Photo ID

Social Security Card for all household members

Copy of lease or mortgage statement

Copy of recent utility bills
Please allow up to one business week for a caseworker to review your case.
You MUST respond to the caseworkers initial email within 24 hours to keep case open
