Emergency Financial Assistance for Persons and families living with AIDS / HIV


 

Catholic Charities Jacksonville is a provider of financial assistance for Persons With HIV/AIDS in partnership with the City of Jacksonville through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. 

Our team assists clients with emergency assistance (rent, mortgage, utilities) for persons and families living with HIV/AIDS. 

Required documentation:

  • HIV/AIDS lab work dated within past 12 months

  • Copy of bills (JEA bill, 3 day notice from landlord, mortgage statements, etc)

  • W-9 if paying a landlord

  • Photo ID

  • Social Security Card

​*Failure to provide lab work or other required documents will make you ineligible for assistance

Please allow 48-72 hours for a caseworker to review your case.

You MUST respond to the caseworkers inquiries to keep case open
