Catholic Charities Jacksonville Welcomes Lori Weber as New Regional Director

Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc. recently named Lori Weber as regional director of its Jacksonville regional office. In her new role, she will oversee all planning, organization, and direction of the organization’s operations and programs, which transform the lives of thousands of individuals in need each year.

Before joining Catholic Charities Jacksonville, Weber spent seven years working for American Culinary Federation (ACF) and ACF Education Foundation (ACFEF) in St. Augustine, Fla. She held several roles during her tenure, including director of accreditation, director of education and professional development, and executive director surrogate.

Weber’s decades-long career has cultivated senior leadership expertise through diverse business and nonprofit sectors. Notable roles also include director of program management at FSV Payment Systems, Inc. and chief of staff and operations at the National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC).

Anita Hassell, CEO of Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc., said Weber’s impressive breadth of experience and passion for the community made her a natural fit for the role. “Lori has an undeniable track record of accomplishments throughout her career, and her dedication to serving others shines through both professionally and personally,” Hassell said. “Our team looks forward to positive changes under Weber’s leadership that will, in turn, benefit the entire city of Jacksonville.”

A life-long Catholic and 20-year resident of Jacksonville, Weber is a devoted parishioner at San Juan Del Rio. The Wisconsin native holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. “I’m incredibly honored to step into a role to support a mission and spiritual philosophy that I so firmly believe in,” Weber said. “I look forward to contributing to Catholic Charities Jacksonville’s success as regional director.”
