As many of you know, the Catholic Charities Public Food Pantry is a drive-through food pantry located at St. Pius V Catholic Church Campus. It is open on Wednesdays and Fridays (closed on some holidays) and we begin giving tickets at 8:30 a.m. to up to 70 clients. Food distribution begins at 10:30 a.m. and guests can return every two weeks.
We are happy to announce that starting Monday, March 22, we will offer Monday distributions starting at 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Our hope is that by offering afternoon distributions we can provide food to even more in the community especially those who work or are otherwise unable to get to us during our regular hours.
One ticket per household; you must be present when your number is called. If you are not present, we will go on to the next number and you will miss your opportunity to receive food.
The Catholic Charities Public Food Pantry is located at 1470 West 13th Street, Jacksonville, 32209, on the campus of St Pius V Catholic Church.
