
If you need help with applying for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), the fastest and easiest way is to apply online at the following mobile-friendly website: coj.net/erap. To obtain a paper copy of the ERAP application or to drop off a completed application, you can visit Catholic Charities in the lobby of the Jessie Ball duPont Nonprofit Center, 40 E. Adams St., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from now through April 9th. No appointment is necessary for this assistance.
For all other requests for emergency financial assistance, please call the United Way by dialing 211 (or 6904-632-0600) or you can try their new SMS texting capability by texting “Hello” to 211904, to be referred to Catholic Charities Jacksonville or to another United Way partner agency.
