Important Announcement on Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

If you need help with applying for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), the fastest and easiest way is to apply online at the following mobile-friendly website: coj.net/erap. To obtain a paper copy of the ERAP application or to drop off a completed application, you can visit Catholic Charities in the lobby of the Jessie Ball duPont Nonprofit Center, 40 E. Adams St., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from now through April 9th. No appointment is necessary for this assistance.


For all other requests for emergency financial assistance, please call the United Way by dialing 211 (or 6904-632-0600) or you can try their new SMS texting capability by texting “Hello” to 211904, to be referred to Catholic Charities Jacksonville or to another United Way partner agency. Additional information about various community resources is also available at https://unitedwaynefl.org/
