SUPPORT AFGHAN REFUGEES RESETTLING IN OUR COMMUNITY

Double the Impact of Your Gift through the Refugee Match Challenge

About the Refugee Match Challenge

The urgent situation in Afghanistan has resulted in our agency now anticipating 200 refugee resettlements between now and spring 2022 – which means we will need twice the support to ensure each refugee family has a safe place to live, furniture, food, and living staples waiting for them when they arrive to our community.

Catholic Charities Jacksonville is thrilled to announce a $75,000 matching gift from The Chartrand Family Fund designed to meet this increased need and support our organization’s efforts to welcome Afghan refugees to Northeast Florida.

Your contribution to the Refugee Match Challenge will be doubled by the Chartrands through the end of the calendar year. For more information, contact Nicola Barnack at nbarnack@ccbjax.org or 904-899-5505, and please consider donating online at CCBJax.org.
