Refugee Resettlement

Facilitating successful transitions into the US for individuals and families

For more than 30 years, Catholic Charities Jacksonville has partnered with the federal government as well as the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) to welcome people fleeing violence and/or persecution. We have seen thousands of lives transformed.

A refugee is a person who has been forced to leave their country in order to escape war, persecution or natural disaster.  Catholic Charities has welcomed more than 300 refugees in 2017.
